I spent $999.00 for 1 year. You guys did a great job of coming out every 2 days for the first 2 weeks looking in my attic. Now you tell me, you're done coming and checking. Your guy was ok. Informed me you do not take care of mouse problems. I pay you almost $400 and you don’t cover that. Very disappointing. I’m going to look elsewhere for services!

I needed someone right away to deal with a major ant intrusion. Truly Nolen got me scheduled for service within two days (after some issues mentioned below). The technician was on time, pleasant and explained the process as he went through it to bait, trap, and kill the ants. I have been with Truly Nolen for 29 years for interior service and am very satisfied with the technician’s work.

I would have selected excellent rating but the scheduling department is not the best. When I called, I spoke with a person that did not speak good English. I had to keep asking him to slow down and repeat himself. During this first call I got put on hold and then lost the connection. I called back and the second scheduler, also with limited English skills, helped finish getting everything set up. Truly Nolen really needs to do something about this. I know I am not the only one experiencing this language barrier issue. I called them several months ago and had the same language problem. It is very frustrating when the scheduler and I cannot understand each other. Why can’t customers just call just a local English speaking office. Why send us to a third party in another country that has a problem speaking American English? This is no way to run a business.

The two men who came to my house on April 18 for the initial service were very pleasant but since then I have seen two live bugs. I called Nolen because of tiny ants in several rooms and large dead cockroaches found on the floor. I saw the two live bugs on two consecutive days, April 20 and 21. One was a small cockroach (1") and the other a beetle I did not recognize. I have already arranged for a corrective treatment on Friday, April 25.
