I needed someone right away to deal with a major ant intrusion. Truly Nolen got me scheduled for service within two days (after some issues mentioned below). The technician was on time, pleasant and explained the process as he went through it to bait, trap, and kill the ants. I have been with Truly Nolen for 29 years for interior service and am very satisfied with the technician’s work.

I would have selected excellent rating but the scheduling department is not the best. When I called, I spoke with a person that did not speak good English. I had to keep asking him to slow down and repeat himself. During this first call I got put on hold and then lost the connection. I called back and the second scheduler, also with limited English skills, helped finish getting everything set up. Truly Nolen really needs to do something about this. I know I am not the only one experiencing this language barrier issue. I called them several months ago and had the same language problem. It is very frustrating when the scheduler and I cannot understand each other. Why can’t customers just call just a local English speaking office. Why send us to a third party in another country that has a problem speaking American English? This is no way to run a business.

The two men who came to my house on April 18 for the initial service were very pleasant but since then I have seen two live bugs. I called Nolen because of tiny ants in several rooms and large dead cockroaches found on the floor. I saw the two live bugs on two consecutive days, April 20 and 21. One was a small cockroach (1") and the other a beetle I did not recognize. I have already arranged for a corrective treatment on Friday, April 25.

We are so pleased with our tech, Will. We have vacation property in Florida and have to deal with ghost ants almost every time we arrive. All the techs in the past have been great, but Will went the extra mile by taking the time to find where the ants were nesting and how they were getting into the house rather than just spraying outside and baiting where we were seeing them inside. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. We appreciate his tenacity and look forward to him being our "assigned" tech ongoing. He's a big asset for Truly Nolan and for us.

We have been very pleased with there services. We started with a dead animal smell in our rental property. They were very tentative to my needs and liked their plan of service. My regular pest control company did not want to be bothered. Because of that great level of service, I started using them for my regular pest control service. Chris was great working on both of my service agreements and RJ continues to be my awesome technician. Everything continues to be great!!

The technician was wonderful....unfortunately, we still have the ant/termite problem. Slightly reduced, but still climbing over our kitchen countertop (clean) and in my bathroom. So....our problem was not solved.

The reason why I am not that happy is that first of all, Johnathon McCloud went over my house with my daughter who with him, pointed out a lot that needed to be covered. This was all set, and Johnathon agreed to come out the next day. Instead, some very odd woman came and did not do the spraying like we had wanted. It was a quick and skimpy job and not like Johathon had talked about. Secondly, I was charged ahead of time and did not like this having to pay a day before it was even done. I was told my Johonathon that it would be dry in an hour. Instead it was not and we had to watch the dogs so that they did not get sick from it. The machine this woman had kept dripping on the floor as well, where she had not sprayed, and it left wet residue.
