The technician was wonderful....unfortunately, we still have the ant/termite problem. Slightly reduced, but still climbing over our kitchen countertop (clean) and in my bathroom. So....our problem was not solved.

The reason why I am not that happy is that first of all, Johnathon McCloud went over my house with my daughter who with him, pointed out a lot that needed to be covered. This was all set, and Johnathon agreed to come out the next day. Instead, some very odd woman came and did not do the spraying like we had wanted. It was a quick and skimpy job and not like Johathon had talked about. Secondly, I was charged ahead of time and did not like this having to pay a day before it was even done. I was told my Johonathon that it would be dry in an hour. Instead it was not and we had to watch the dogs so that they did not get sick from it. The machine this woman had kept dripping on the floor as well, where she had not sprayed, and it left wet residue.

I called and you came. Sadly my pest control tech that I had for 18 years passed from Covid. He was independent so I had to now find a company that did pest control.
I called Truly Nolan because my sister uses them and my son in law works for them.
A very nice Christopher came out to my home the day I called. He set up an appt w one of the techs for that afternoon. Nice young ladyā€¦.
Because my bait boxes were not ones that could be used she came back the next day with ones I could use.
Now I have never seen a bug in my homeā€¦.ok maybe two in 19 years but they were dead. I hope things continue

Greg and Bill both have tended to the rat situation as if it were their properties. I have been more than pleased. Greg found areas that needed to be fixed to keep the rats out of the attic. Bill continued with a good eye making sure no more places were open keeping the rats out. Between the 2 of them they have trapped 11. I hope this will be the end. Thank you guys.
