I purchased ant control and exterior spraying but ants are back and no spraying seems to have been done this spring. Also, I have purchased rodent control from Nolen. My home is up for sale and when I moved all the rat traps (5-6 of them) to locked storage during a series of open house showings (over a few months) Nolen reported catching mice/rats in them.

Pleased overall with first visit. Limited to the exterior because of the virus and our isolation inside. Daniel was clearly experienced, informative and assuring. All questions answered easily and fully. Now, we all hope we can reduce the still present interior tiny ant infestation with time and further treatment.

While we know Thomas is very good about the service we don’t understand why we still have ants inside the house. It’s a bit frustrating that this problem hasn’t been resolved in a couple of years. Thomas thinks they are carpenter ants and they come out this time of year but we sure would like to not have any. Hopefully when this virus pandemic is over with this ant problem can be fully addressed and resolved. Otherwise we do like the service and the tech.
