We have been with US Pest for several years now. During this time we have had a few different techs come to our house. They were all great and professional, but Anthony Lewis, the tech we have now, is the best! He is always pleasant, polite, and eager to take care of any pest issues that we have. He is great with my animals (4 dogs) and makes sure to use pet friendly products during treatment. He is very knowledgeable of the products that US Pest uses and always gives me tips to try to keep the pesky bugs away. Anthony is a very nice young man and we hope to have him as a tech for a long time.

Mostly pleased,the encapsulation has been disappointing, there is still mold under the house. The normal pest control is fine. Mice have been a problem in the last quarter.( 2nd door) to the crawl space was left open, probably the reason the mice were getting in.
