Both Tom (who did the initial extensive free evaluation) and Alvin (who did the actual work onsite) were knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I gave a long 5-star Yelp review. They found an opening in the roof, near the roof vent, even though the sounds of rodent activity came from lower down. Set the one-way trap (I heard a rodent go out of it), and gradually all sounds in the living room wall ended. The hole in the roof has now been sealed, and one other possible entry point is being addressed. Great work.

Alvin did a good job of reviewng the work prior to dong it and of showing it to me when he was done. Because the work was rat exclusion, it is too early to know if it was well done.

We are very satisfied with We Care Pest Solutions after an extended time dealing with subpar service/customer service with Western Exterminator. We are now using WCPS at both of our homes and have recommended them to our neighbors. The technician Juan who provides service at our primary residence is fantastic! He always checks in by phone the day before our scheduled service to see if there are any issues he needs to address - thankfully since hiring WCPS in early 2024, we haven't had any issues at all. Prior to this, we had recurring issues with ants - I haven't seen a single ant in almost a year! We could not be more happy or recommend this company more highly.

I thought the service was very good. There is supposed to be follow up checking rat traps that I believe has not happened yet, but we want it to. I will give 4 stars and if there is follow up it will be 5 stars.
