To begin......My technician is Tucker. Turns out we have the same birthday!! I have been with Yates Astro for 21 years, but the last three years, since Tucker became our tech, have been outstanding!!! We are, for the vast majority, bug free... Roaches, ants, and spiders!!!!! Very rarely a creepy crawly will make it into our home and all it takes is a text to Tucker!! He comes the same day, almost every time!!! I am grateful for Yates Astro, and especially grateful for Tucker!! I recommend Yates Astro, by name, because I believe in your company!!!!

I don’t know that I’ll ever do business with anyone else.
I recently moved to the area and hadn’t had to deal with pest control prior to living in the south.
We contacted Yates after seeing a colony of 2” wasps move into our front patio. They were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire transaction. We were originally told they would be out about 4 days after initially calling, however I got a call a few hours later that someone lived close to us and was willing to work late to come treat our house that day. Incredible! They were out the same day, took about 15 to check the perimeter for nests and apply the treatment. I signed up for bimonthly treatments and the price is so reasonable to keep these little suckers away from my house.
I really would recommend Yates to anyone.

We are very happy with our technician Josh, he is very respectful and friendly and does an amazing job. And every one I talk with about appointments is also amazing.

My service person, Tucker, always arrives promptly at scheduled time for spraying. He is very professional, courteous and responsive to any special requests I may have about spraying certain areas that require more attention. Tucker performs his spraying duties diligently. I am very satisfied with his work. I have noticed a significant decrease in bug activity in my inside/outside areas of my residence as a result of the Yates/Astro spraying.

Excellent indoor service but they need to cover the outside too as seen on TV.

This was our first time ever using a pest control service we were inspressed with the company and with Tommy McDonald. He explained everything from company to how the treatment worked.

My attendant was kind and professional. He was about 15 min early and was working outside on the ant hills when I arrived. He was also very knowledgeable about his job taking the time to explain to me the process. I would recommend this company to everyone.
