Today 7/9/24 my new technician Brent serviced the outside of my home. Per my request, Brent also treated a pest problem in one of my cabinets in my laundry room. He took the initiative to remove food items, clean the cabinet, and then spray as needed. I was impressed with his willingness to do all this to treat the area. He appears to be an employee who wants to do the best job possible.

Mark has been my Yates-Astro person for several years and he is always polite and professional. He does a great job and never complains. He goes above and beyond for his customers.
My technician Mark was very accommodating and went to great lengths to get our schedules to line up for my initial spray, going as far as to do mine on Saturday. My tech was prompt, pleasant and professional and made a very good first impression on me. As a result, I plan to continue to use Yates for my home spray needs for some time to come.
