Service tech was excellent but the robo calling sucks. I was still in bed when he arrived and there were items I wanted to move out of the tech's way before he arrived. I was not told by the robo caller what time to expect him! I was only informed of the day he would come. Since I'm retired I'm not normally up at 7:30 unless I have a reason to be.

Service Tech arrived with vehicle that had a broken spray hose. Had to us a can to complete the job. I asked for some sticky traps, had none said he would bring some by later. None delivered yet.

Great service, nice techs.... but got ticks a week after the initial spray. So it didn't work. I don't have the money to pay for an extra spray. Amazon tick spray and a hose is all I can do till next month.

The loose wood was not removed as Ronald said it would be, nor was the siding put back on the side of my trailer. My understanding from Ronald was, any wood left under the trailer was “food” for termites. The guys today said some of the wood pieces were to “big to be removed but they treated them “.

We appreciate the timely service per our quarterly contract. We were not on site but if we had been we would have requested an under the structure inspection to be sure there was no termite sign. We hope next service will include that check.

Yuma Pest, Memo, came out to do Preventative Treatment for subterranean termites. He did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and had past experience with other termites, subterranean termites, extermination of other types of pest infestations and pest control. He was very thorough with the treatment beneath my house and drilling holes surrounding the house for treatment. Following the treatment he filled the holes with cement and holes were barely seen.
I am very happy with Steve Rodriguez, the supervisor, who came out to do the initial evaluation and Memo, the technician, who did the actual job. Thank you for doing this excellent job at my home.
