The technician scheduled for Monday (11/20/23) started off by saying that he had a scheduling conflict and would only be able to partially complete the crawl space work. After doing some work, he then said he had a family emergency and had to leave, but that he could come back Wedneday (11/22/23). The scheduler made the appointment for 9-noon. It is now 12:26 and no one showed up or called. I called the office at 12:15 - was transferred, put on hold and then had to leave a message. As a BRAND NEW customer, this is not starting off well. I expected better.
