Very disappointed in the service. When I had a conflict with my scheduled appointment I couldn’t get the scheduler to call me back to change it. I had to stick with what I had scheduled. The first person to come out said he couldn’t help us and I needed to call and reschedule. I did and someone else came the same day. He said he needed a ladder and someone else to assist him. He promised when he came back to check the crawl space. At the next appointment different men came, took down the remains of the hornet nest said I needed to get someone to power wash the remaining dirty from the eaves and did not look under the house. Since then I have scheduled Chesapeake Pest to treat the fungus they found, remove the insulation and recover the ground. Sorry you all didn’t want to do business with us.
