I was told by the salesman that you would get rid of the crabgrass and i would soon have a beautiful green lawn all over The truck came yesterday snd he told me he can not kill the crabgrass and cannot grow grass on the brown patches. I would have to sod. II appreciate his honesty.

This was your first treatment so time will tell. I hired PestBear because I fired my former lawn treatment service. After two years with them the lawn and shrubs were the same if not worse when they began. I understand results will not be immediate, again time will tell. Looking forward to a successful turnaround for my lawn/shrub/palm tree situation.

Pest control service through Pest Bear has been very effective. We have an annual contract to have them out once a quarter, they call ahead to let us know when they are coming and the whole process has been very easy, as well as keeping the bugs out. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Pest Bear.
