Horrible company. My next step is to report them to DBPR/attorney general for fraud. I have cameras all around my house, the last time they came they were here for 2 minutes then left. Yet they still managed to bill me for a full (1 acre) treatment. This is not the first time this has happened either, they are supposed to call me a day in advance to ensure I am home to watch them. They never do. When I call the supervisor he of course apologizes, says the tech is bad, he will never send him again, but it continues to happen over and over. This is actually fraud, wrongful deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
