The original service when Jordan came to sign me up was a wonderful experience. Jordan called and texted to inform me that someone canceled and he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment in which I agreed. Jordan was very professional and it was a pleasure to conduct business with him, he was very informative as well. All of this was after meeting Jordan for the first time when he was servicing my Aunts’ home (Sadie Dolly). I inquired of the service for my home and Jordan didn’t hesitate to answer my questions and sign me up. Unfortunately, the day of my initial service was not as memorable I was at my Aunts’ house and received a call from a male Terminix associate whom was not pleasant at all. I thought I heard him say I’m here. I said excuse me, I didn’t understand what you said. He said in a rude tone I’m here now are you coming. I apologized for not being there and said yes I’m on my way I’ll be there in five minutes. Upon my arrive in about four minutes I met a Terminix associate by the name of Simon (I think that’s what he said). He was very unprofessional and I wished at that moment I hadn’t prepaid for the service because I would’ve told him he could leave. He went on to spray the interior and exterior. I didn’t talk much because the lack of Customer Service was evident. I pray that going forward I have a different representative to service my home/property. I do not want this associate to return. I’m sure Terminix has other associates that conduct business professionally with a high level of Customer Service that can service my home/property if Jordan is unavailable. If it wasn’t for this associate, I would’ve given a five star rating. Perhaps the next person would be more professional and I’ll be more than happy to provide a five star rating.

Slow to respond for pest problem. For 1st appointment and recall appointment.

The technician presented his recommendation (sales pitch) to my tenants despite my informing the scheduler of my decision. Now I've got to deal with renters who always agree to more services at my expense. I will never use this manipulative organization again and be wary if you are using them to treat a rental property. They will try to upsell services to your tenants, hurting your relationship with them. Just sleazy.

Still see bugs in Kitchen and mice!

Happy with service though my wife says we still have flees o not see any.

After 1 treatment in yard and around exterior of house, I see no reduction in spiders and no reduction in fire ants and regular ants. I have ant bites as a result of thinking I would be safe mowing the yard after 1 week post-treatment.

Found black ants in home twice since initial visit 2 weeks ago. -Farmville, NC.

Can someone please contact me. We still have fleas.
