First, let I'll say I don't know for which service you're asking for a review. I received two contract services on the day noted. Terminix is not alone in companies asking for reviews and it would put less stress and work on the reviewer if it was known for what specific service I was providing the review.
That said I will review the dehumidifier install first. It was a tad inconvenient getting the installer here on a specific appointment time because of complications and delays at other locations. Not the installer's fault, but that of Terminix for not having enough foresight to have adequate technicians available for when complications arise. Even so, the technician had the situation well in hand and completed the install of the new dehumidifier and removed the old device professionally. He was obviously tired at the end of the day but was pleasant and patiently described the new device's functionality before leaving to his next appointment.

The second appointment was for pest control. Our service technician was, as always, pleasant to work with and his knowledge of the control of the insect population around our home would make Terminix proud. I had specific areas I wanted to have controlled and he brought those areas to my attention before I could tell him. I like that proactive attitude.

All in all I would say that service day was a good success for our home and property. Thank you.
