They are very pushy when signing you up. They promise all kinds of things. Home pest control, but don't do the whole house inside. Only bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Not garage or other rooms. Charge a different amount than agreed upon if you leave credit card on file. Not happy right now. Leave messages to your direct contact person but doesn't call back.

I recently used this company for the first time for pest control and a weed treatment for my grass. Unfortunately, after the treatment, I noticed several areas of my lawn that appeared burned and damaged, leaving noticeable dead patches. Some areas of my grass still look healthy and full, while other areas now look brown and burnt.

I understand that treatments can sometimes have unexpected results, but I was disappointed with the condition of my lawn afterward.I’m sharing my experience so others can be aware and so the company has an opportunity to address my concerns.

I appreciate the service but I was hoping for a little more attention to detail. I felt the service was completed somewhat quickly, there still a few spider webs and bugs when he left that I had to take down myself. I understand things sometimes can be missed but I would’ve appreciated a little final check before leaving. Thank you for your service and I hope this feedback is helpful.

During a pest control service on 07/13/26, the technician accidentally stepped on a hose which ripped the hose bib from the wall. The technician was apologetic, and documented the issue to send to his service manager. The technician said I would be receiving a call from the service manager. I had to reach out to the service manager as I did not receive a phone call from him. I had the hose bib replaced that evening for $802. I sent the invoice via text message to the service manager on 07/14/26 at 10:02 AM. I received a call that morning, and I offered to split the cost of the invoice. Accidents happen. The service manager said he would ask his boss about this potential arrangement. I had to follow up on 07/16/26 at 1:21 PM as I had not heard anything. I then got another call from the service manager, and he said his boss agreed to split the invoice. The service manager said that he would need the invoice, though. I explained that I had texted it to him on 07/14/26 at 10:02 AM and that if he could not retrieve it to please let me know. That is the last communication I have had with anyone from Pest Bear, so I am still out of pocket for $802 fixing an issue that I did not cause.

So far you've really done not very much. We had a guy spray outside around the house and cleared our spider webs. That was fine but he didn't come in the house. Then we have some of your guys trying to upsell Us by phone call, saying that the law needed it when no one had even inspected it yet. I believe since then it has been inspected by our salesperson Jerry.

We recently had our first lawn treatment, however we were away for a while. Upon returning we noticed an obvious improvement in the color of our lawn. It appears to be darker green, and the color is blending throughout the lawn.
