We offer pest and termite extermination, rodent and animal removal, flea and tick control, fire/carpenter ant pre-treatments, in-wall pest tubes, termite pre-treatments, baiting systems, and other comprehensive solutions for residential termite control and pest control.

Along with our superb pest control, we offer specialized lawn and ornamental shrubbery programs. I was told by your salesmen Carl Mattox that someone would go into my attic and look for any dead rodents, because we could smell a dead rat in the house. So we agreed to your service. When the service person came he said it was too hard to get to the area where the dead rodent was so he would not do that. He said the smell would go away in about a week. That did not happen and soon the house was invaded by flies. I hired someone else and they went up into the attic and removed the dead rat. The smell went away and no more flies.
Don't bother to come and rebait the traps, your services are no longer needed.
Buy the way, your service man was a very nice individual but that didn't solve my problem.

NO. Recently new customer with an ant problem and it takes 6 days to get a service call. Not satisfied and according to our sales person he has reached out to the regional manger with no response. You are a commodity business with substantial competition. This level of service will not retain customers.
