Your sales person was great, and I got on your schedule very quickly, but my yard looks horrible. I was told that I would see “immediate results” but my yard looks worst than before I got your treatment. I’ve asked my lawn service to let my grass grow out (should be 4 inches), so maybe that will make a difference. If my lawn remains this way, I will probably go back to Massey’s services. -Jeff.

When given a 4 hour window for my treatment between 8-12 am it would be nice to have your technician show up on time. I got called at work by your technician at 12:10 pm saying he would be there in about 5 minutes. This is strike one. I had the same me issues with Trugreen. They got fired very quickly for poor service. Thanks, Keith Billington.

When your worker arrived he said he was going to put out granular fertilizer., I told him I had just fertilized all the shrubs and fruit trees a few days previously. He threw out a few handfuls of fertilizer and was done. I wrote a check for $130. If I had inadvertently done the job of fertilization, I should not have been charged the full $130. I am giving Pest Bear a chance to respond. If I receive no response I will cancel the service.

absolutely NOT satisfied with Pest Bear. Service was scheduled for Friday March 23 but it rained all day. Received a call canceling the service at 3:30 in the afternoon. Not a problem; it was raining but the tech waited until later afternoon before calling. I called the office and scheduled a make up visit for Wednesday, March 28. No call, no show. I called the office early afternoon, was told we were still on the schedule, no call no show. I called back around 4:30 asking where is the tech,. No call no show. Again the visit was rescheduled for Friday March 30. No call no show. I called again, rescheduled again, this time for Monday, April 1. There is a standing order, for years, for us to be called THE DAY BEFORE SERVICE so we can unlock the gate. If called the day of, we may be gone to work, no way for tech to get into the sides and back yard. No call the day before Monday April 1 BUT a call was made the day of. Thankfully, my husband had not left for work so he was able to unlock the gates. I don't know how many times we must request the same thing and still not have it followed. The tech did finally did show up and a lawn notice was left. Nothing on the front door telling us what was done or if anything we should be doing. This not calling has been an ongoing thing for longer than it should be. No matter how many times I call, nothing. Everyone has a cell phone today so there is absolutely no excuse for not calling or calling to cancel an appointment already made. We are extremely dissatisfied with Pest Bear and no longer recommend it to anyone.

I have had the same lawn & pest control company for over 7 years. When the PestBear representative, Joey, stopped at my residence and explained what was wrong with my lawn and what they could do for that and mosquitos, I thought I would give them a try. I had the 1st lawn, tree & shrub application just done this past week. I had the mosquito & pest application the week before. The people that came out to apply the applications were every friendly and informative. The mosquito activity seems to have been knocked down, but I guess I'll have to wait and see if the lawn application is any better than my current provider. Joey, the saleman that I discussed the program with initially, did promise to plug my yard in several trouble spots to promote a quicker and healthy recovery, but that has not happened yet and it's been 3 weeks. I also like that this is a non-contractual program that you can terminate at any time.

I previously replied. I don’t understand what’s going on. Two invoices ?? I paid tech for treatment $85. No granular put down. Windy and spray was blowing sideways. How much reached the ground. Nothing indicated pesticide was applied for ants etc. spray completed in less than 15 minutes. All I know is nitrogen and fertilizer was applied.
