I contacted the company recently to schedule interior service. The technician who came out listened to my concerns and explained what pest control treatment he intended to use. He was personable, professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable regarding pest control solutions. I've been using Bug Authority for almost a year and feel comfortable overall with the level of service they provide to me.

I think the scheduling needs to improve. I have asked several times to be scheduled for the first appointment of the day. I have been told that note has been made. However, new appointments are made and this is not followed. I replied to the last appointment with a text and a phone message to reschedule, but that was not followed. I am giving Bug Authority only one more chance before making a change.

Service was performed on Friday 10/20/19. This is the 2nd service in a row that has not been completed properly. After both times there have been several areas on my porch that have not been cleaned of spider webs. If the next service has not imoroved, I will cancel my service and find another one to use.

I was really impressed with the speed and level of communication from the company. They responded almost immediately to my online inquiry and were able to get a technician out to my house quickly. The tech was courteous and professional when he arrived and did an excellent job in getting my house bug free. In addition to treating the problem areas, he removed several wasps nests and spider webs - to my great relief!!

I needed a termite inspection letter one day prior to a real estate transaction. I called Gary and he was out completing the inspection within one hour. I use them for my quarterly pest control and they are prompt as well as efficient.

For the cost were charged he walked around did a hit and miss. I asked about the little boxes out and did not bother to really check or replace.

The last 3 times they have came to my home we have been home and no one knocked on door so that they could treat the inside or the side of my home that is gated so they have been leaving a note on door that they missed us no its because they are not doing their jobs and knocking on the door.

The Bug Authority is top notch! We have been working with them for years. When we build a new home, they do an outstanding job with the termite treatment. Recently, they did a bug extermination treatment and it was very helpful. They are honest, dependable, and their prices are fair. We use them at my business and our home. The technician was very nice and polite and went about his business in a professional manner. We are please with him. Too early to comment on the effectiveness of the bug treatment since the service was just performed this morning. Regarding the website I wish I had known my user name was my account number so I could have bypassed calling your office. I do like the ease of paying online and it was easy to navigate once I was logged on.

Yes, so far so good. Only thing I might have misunderstood or maybe just forgot the date is when is the 2nd treatment coming exactly? It was my understanding that because of the heat (or was it rain) that another treatment is included in what we already paid and I thought that was supposed to happen at around 2 weeks after the first treatment. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely nice and helpful.
