The technician was very nice and polite and went about his business in a professional manner. We are please with him. Too early to comment on the effectiveness of the bug treatment since the service was just performed this morning. Regarding the website I wish I had known my user name was my account number so I could have bypassed calling your office. I do like the ease of paying online and it was easy to navigate once I was logged on.
