I took 3 times before they finally came. The workers were very nice and what happened was not their fault. It was the main office, had I known all this was going to happen I would have gone with someone else.

The staff have aways been professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the various pest problems we've encountered. Hello, we had our first experience with JP yesterday dealing with a Wasp situation, Aaron Bennington was very informative, friendly and advised us of the entire process, he was very knowablable and through in looking at our property, he kept us advised of chemical use and what he was doing, after being with a major sized company for the last 5 years, he did things we have never seen before and it was very refreshing to see a quality visit instead of a 2 min spray job we were used to.

I am so grateful for JP Pest Services! We contracted with them last year and it gives me the peace of mind that any "invaders" are taken care of without me having to even think about it. They even took care of a squirrel infestation we had been dealing with for years! In one week's time they had the squirrels re-homed and fixed my house so that they could not return. Thank you!

Jordan and Nate from the wildlife division came out on Sept 23rd to address concerns about animals in our sofit.They were both very professional and took time to explain what they were going to do and how that would address our problem. They were patient as we asked several questions about the suspected pests and the process to get rid of them. It's too early to expect our pests to be gone, but the warranty of their work gives me a high comfort level. Jordan and Nate were a pleasure to do business with.

Hello from Bernadette and Jim Loesch...the two technicians who worked at our home yesterday were very professional...and courteous...just one drawback...the caulking that was used to seal portions of the soffit around the back of the house had a noxious odor...that penetrated into the air in our home...I called Jordan to let him know about my breathing issues (asthma)...I had to take a puff on my rescue inhaler...

Jordan and Nathan were both professional and pleasant. They thoroughly checked out the property, listened to our observations and came up with a plan. They explained the procedure and showed us they what they did with traps. We are very pleased.

Mark on Tuesday was very nice and Jordan and the guys on Wed were also. Very professional all the way around. Thank you.

Sadly, this last service left me feeling upset. The feeling of the front porch as well as many windows are a mess. We had just recent paid quite a bit to have our windows washed. We paid in excess of $1000 to do so. There is quite a bit of residue on the house as well.
