I can't even give any of their techs a 1 star. I have used this company while working in Property Management. I hired them to do my home. Since retirement last year in August, they have been to my home twice. The first time I told him NOT to enter the 2 bedrooms on the lower level of my home and he did enter. Today the new tech for my area was scheduled to stop by today. I had informed him early this week that I had fruit flies and had 1 for him to look at. He came today earlier than I expected and I was in the shower. I recereceived an email with the invoice. I did call to find out the tech was here already and never called me so he could come into the house. So again I am paying 115.00 for the tech to do nothing.

The job was done very quickly. I hope that Ted did the furnace room, too. Ted is a nice guy. I have already called the company and they agreed to give 1/2 off the bill because the service man sprayed the piano. I had asked him to be careful not to spray the piano. I could see the spray on the paper I had taped to the piano to protect it. I am sure it won't happen again.

It's been a year since I've worked with this company for quarterly pest management, and I couldn't be happier!

It's the type of company where there are PEOPLE at the other end of the line. Brent helped me with some invoice trouble, and Tyler is more than accommodating of our dogs and very sweet with them. I appreciate the good work they do, and will continue to use their services for quite a while!

The Staff at Environmental Pest Management care about their customers. The staff takes the time to thoroughly explain the pest issues and the best way to treat and prevent pests. They keep property management updated with pest concerns. Environmental Pest Management has done a great presentation with the residents on how to prevent pests. They answered resident questions. I saw a significant decrease in pests on the property and residents also understand how to prevent pests and the importance in reporting pests.
