Scout's Pest Control

All work was performed above and beyond my expectations. When I indicated I would be out of town when the service
was to be initially performed, they juggled their schedule to accomodate. Not only did they perform all contracted services extremely well,
extremely well, they went above and beyond my expectations by addressing issues that were out of scope and explaining
how I could address these myself. I requested bids from more that one termite company, they offered the best price for
the initial termite service and ongoing annual maintenance. Will definitely use them again for the other pest control
services they offer.

Scouts Pest control has been amazing. They are schedule service that works best for ME and give a phone call to verify they are on their way. Upon doing a pest inspection they noticed a plumbing problem and alerted me so I could get a plumber out quickly. I won’t ever use anyone else. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

If you have a need for pest control, I highly recommend Scouts. I have dogs and was concerned for their safety but I completely trust Scouts. A special mention of Chad for his knowledge, disposition and work ethic. And my dogs love him which is the highest recognition.

Satisfied overall. I was of the understanding that the porch posts/deck as much as possible but unless i missed it i didnt see where that was finished. I havent been under the house yet but im sure itll be fine. I was satisfied with the overall process, very professional.

I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism of Chad, one of Scout's technicians. He had done a superb job of checking out the sump pump and dehumidifier of my foundation, as well as changing out the filters and ensuring that everything's well with the overall condition of the equipment and the foundation. Very thorough. Explained several things to me. Got all the way to the back of the crawl space and discovered some standing water that I have already contacted my builder to address before it becomes an issue. Great catch.
