After using their service for 6 months I must say I'm sorry I ever started. First, the neighbor's lawns look much nicer than my lawn and all they did was put fertilizer on it and water it for a week. That would have been way cheaper! We ended up having a crazy amount of bugs, much more then when we had our previous exterminator once a quarter. When I was about to cancel, the manager came out. After 4 weeks there was not any change. Then I received serviced a service (on Monday) from the local guy but he couldn't get into the back because we had a lock on the gate. He sent me a text message saying he will come back, he never did. I cancelled service on Tuesday. Also on Tuesday I received the invoice for the full service even though he was only able to complete half of it. This raised a red flag to me and seemed a bit fraudulent. On Wednesday I left an online message that I wanted a call from a manager. On Thursday I called but was on hold until I got through to the voice mail so I left a message requesting a call. On Friday I called in the morning and after waiting on hold I got to the voice mail so I left another message. On Friday afternoon I called from another number, still wasn't able to get through.
We're on Sunday, I never received a call or any messages from them even though I was trying for several days to reach them. In the end the auto pay went through and I feel like they not only did a bad job on the lawn and the bugs but also did the minimum and charged the maximum.
Lawnbear/Peastbear where profits come before the customer? I'd say this is a 100% fact.

Very unhappy. Weeds are taking over my yard as are insects, and even though I'm being billed for insect control, the inside of my birdcage looks like a hanging spider egg sanctuary. It looks this way AFTER it was supposed to be treated???

Little unhappy that I was asked to call an outside irrigation company to fix my sprinkler. I thought it was covered in my contract. Also, I have inside/outside pest controlbut found bugs in my bathroom last night after the first spray.

We were talked into Pest Bear after having a bad experience with TruGreen, so far Pest Bear is a thousand times better, you are not just a once a month 5 minute stop on their daily route.

Your reps and all the people are very nice, but you all have let my grass get completely overcome with weeds. I have more weeds than I had before I hired you. I made numerous phone calls, and nothing was done. Your rep told me a couple days ago when he was here that certain areas may not get grass anymore and will go brown in the winter and the goal was for that not to happen, these areas had grass before you started coming out here, so you had the chance to make sure the yard was not overcome by weeds. There are so many different weeds out there now that I've never even seen before. Any spraying that was done, no weeds ever died despite all the times you have come out!! I spent $10,000 grand on this project including putting all new sod in the front and the back yard and your company failed to make sure my investment was protected. I am extremely disappointed.
