The salesperson that came to my home offered an initial service that included pest control service in both my lawn and inside my home. Also, I had just re soded my front lawn, and the salesman stated that fertilization would be included with the intial service. I agreed to the intial service, plus monthy lawn fertilization and both inside and exterior pest control every 3 months. I explained that I was having an issue with a flea infestation. I verified with the tech that showed up that he was there to treat a flea infestation both inside and out. He told me that he was there to treat the inside and that a different technician would be there to treat the outside. The outside was never treated, and when I received the receipt/invoice, it showed that the tech only sprayed for ants and roaches. I didn't have ants or roaches, but I'm still having to find someone to treat the flea infestation. When I called to ask about this, I was told that the lawn fertilization and pest treatment was a separate service for a different fee. But, that was not what was discussed or agreed upon with the salesman. They also claimed that roach spray kills fleas and that I just needed to give it some time to work. Also, the representatives that answer the phones are not at all knowledgeable about the services that the company provides. Definitely would not use again or recommend this company.
