We haven't had service for a year yet, but appreciate the quarterly pro-active approach. It seems to have had an impact on mice in five foot high basement area. The real test will be ant season later in the spring - carpenter ants, in-door ants. Such are what animated our hiring G&B in the first place.

Best company I called at 9:30 am they had a tech here at 12:30 determined plan and had exterminator here at 1:30 all in same day! Big Bug couldn’t get someone until following week and exterminator several days after that! Highly recommend G&B.

Griggs & Browne keeps the bugs and rodents out of my house! They come regularly. I only call when I have a problem which I've never had. They treat for anything I need. The best part is I don't have to sign a 2 or 3 year contract. I can stop it whenever I need to and pick it up again. The only bad thing is sometimes I don't catch them to tip the technician. They should consider adding a way to tip the technician online! The service is always excellent and I would like to reward their technician for great work!
