We are so happy that we found Griggs and Browne and started to have our house serviced by them. While we initially called for one small problem, on their first visit they found two others that needed attention. We feel like we got a lot of 'bang for our buck' so to speak for their first treatment and have peace of mind now that we have someone monitoring things with regular service. Eric was great and is a pleasure to deal with. He arrived early in the 2-hour appointment window that was scheduled for us. He explained our pest problems and gave us some background on how they occur. He explained how he was going to treat each problem and what we could expect. He carried out each treatment and told us when he was finished. He gave us preventive care advice. Everything post-treatment is proceeding according to his explanations. We are so happy to have someone knowledgeable about how to control the pests in our environment and who has the right equipment to deal with the problems.

Hello,
I'm the landlord for 312 Onset Ave and I live out of state. This is my first time using your company for pest control. According to my tenants Mike arrived on time, he was polite and curteous. I spoke with Mike a few days before the visit to fill him on on my concerns and the tenants concern. I asked that he keep conversations with Donna regarding mice to a minimum (do not provide too much detail with the tenants) because Donna has a severe phobia of mice. I received the written report from Giggs & Browne and I think we are off to a good start.

Good morning, it is funny that you sent this email. About 5 minutes ago I thought I should send you an email about your fantastic service. Michael was awesome! He checked out my whole house and found the carpenter ant's problem. They were eating at my house. He told me how to fix it. Then explained the contract. Now this 82-year-old woman feels so much better about my problem. Then he sent Leif to fix it. He is a wonderful man that I have had in the past for bees. He is kind, friendly, and worked hard to make my problem go away. So, please tell the top boss he has a fantastic team working for him. No ants since Lief left. I Love Griggs & Browne!
