This is a simple way to be protected from termites and carpenter ants. I get my statement, pay it,
and am protected. Couldn't be easier. I don't have to do anything except pay my bill when it comes. This is how I like things - simple with hardly any effort on my part. |

Great experience, quick response time, polite and friendly staff, and reasonable rate. So far so good no evidence of insects and I feel reassured knowing the work is warranted and they will come to spray if I see any more signs of carpenter ants.

Called for service, no one came. We are supposed to have a monthly service for pest control and we've only had two services in four months. When we called again requesting service another time (because now we are starting to get infested with ants, probably due to the lack of service), we were told that the technician that services our facility makes his own schedule and was out sick. While it's unfortunate, and also understandable as unexpected things come up in life, the burden lies not with the one technician but with the company to get someone else here or advise us of the problem and help come up with a solution, not just ignore us entirely. These are reasons businesses change vendors: we expect dependable, reliable service or at the very least clear communication.

We were told the application would take about 20 minutes, which seemed quick for the price we paid, but were unpleasantly surprised to see it take 5 minutes. I makes us think that we could’ve done this ourselves. We don’t have any pest issues, other than normal insects and infrequently inside this time of year. This was purely preventive. We were further surprised to hear the technician say we could even see an uptick in activity. This was also surprising, considering we are experiencing hardly any activity now. Hmmm….

The inspector was a little cold when he came to the house and never introduced himself. But after a while he warmed up and we had a nice conversation as to why I was inundated with rodents.
The next day Scott came to the house to lay out the rodent bait. He was very friendly and told me everything he was doing without me asking. The prices were very reasonable. I to keep my business local to support our town’s small businesses. I would hire your company again. |
