Eric was great and is a pleasure to deal with. He arrived early in the 2-hour appointment window that was scheduled for us. He explained our pest problems and gave us some background on how they occur. He explained how he was going to treat each problem and what we could expect. He carried out each treatment and told us when he was finished. He gave us preventive care advice. Everything post-treatment is proceeding according to his explanations. We are so happy to have someone knowledgeable about how to control the pests in our environment and who has the right equipment to deal with the problems.
