Have been a customer for over 3 years. I have struggled throughout those years with the services. The last couple of months we have a knowledgeable technician, but I have had weekly service needs to keep my pool swimmable. Had service on Monday May 1. Report says "did not vacuum" despite large amount of debris in the pool; did not back wash filter despite Jose saying filter should be cleaned biweekly, and although added chlorine (pool was green on that day) the pool today May 7 is again cloudy. I have always paid my bill and purchased new equipment from Economy. I also find response time to concerns are inordinately delayed. I realize I am not the only customer but I feel as a customer I deserve better service for my $. I like working with Jose but my patience is running out. Therefore these are the reasons for my LOW evaluation.

Took $90 of my money, had my husband who is disabled brush the pool, said they were coming back to finish and never returned. Worst experience ever. Luckily, we found a reputable pool cleaning company shortly after and they took care of the job the right way.
