Tom came out to our property to complete the sealing work and inspection and spray. He was excellent. His work was done in a professional manner and he thoroughly checked all points of entry. I want him back to do our follow up !!!

So far I am satisfied. Their techs are responsive, seem knowledgeable, and arrive when scheduled.

Very happy with work done.

Need to spray inside house. Currently have ants and roaches in house.
During last visit, asked attendant to clean spiders webs on back porch. Said he could’t do it because it was more than 10 feet high,.

The ROACHES have not decreased which is my main concern.

New customer… first spray was ineffective and Tech were late. Second spray scheduled for 9 o’clock today it is now 950 and no one called or showed up. Very unprofessional.

Y'all been there just one time,I don't think one time worth 150 dollars.

The service was abominable. I started at 3:?? or earlier p.m. to call in regard to an inspection notice left at my house on 6/19/2026. The notice stated that there was an issue with termites. I called to find out what the problem was after multiple people on the telephone excessively long waiting times with your horrible recording, repeating constantly and multiple personnel requesting the same information, I finally got some person at about 3:40 PM who told me I was scheduled at 4 PM today 6/24/2026 at my house. That I should meet somebody there between four and 4:30 PM. I asked that disappointment be confirmed after a long time on hold again it was I asked could I please have the telephone number of the person who I would meet in case they were late and I could make contact or to please give them my phone number. I was denied both. I got to the house shortly before 4 PM and about 4:40 finally called to find out what was going on. Again, if the multiple times on hold, I was told the person was late and would be coming again. I was given no time for arrival nor any contact. I stated I am 81 years old not well and it is 85° out. Because of an accident of my neighbor crashing into my house the house has been condemned. I had no air-conditioning. Could not sit in the house and could not continue to run the car because I needed gas at 5:15. I finally left after listening to your recorded message multiple times that said you are a local company – which I do not believe since I don't believe you have any presence in Williamsburg Virginia, and if we would dissatisfied with the service that you would totally refund what we paid I left a scathing message that I was thoroughly discussed that it was hot, I am old, and not well. There wasn't even the courtesy of a phone call to me giving me a new time of arrival let alone any apology from the appropriate people. I therefore, having been a loyal customer of eight years and thoroughly disgusted do not believe the lies and find your service abominable. Initially I made a mistake in my cell phone Number and corrected it in the message. The correct cell phone is 301-704-4713. I expect immediate attention from a supervisor and absolutely stunning proper service instead of the well over two hours that was a waste of my time because you have no courtesy or respect for your customers..

During the sales so much promised and after that try to call and all goes to voicemail and no body responds or always goes to voicemail.

Great company. Associates are polite and customer oriented. Processes are thoroughly explained and followed thru in a timely manner. Have been with this company for many years and service has always been outstanding. Highly recommend.

I thought John was great on our initial contact. However, I like the words to match the actions. He said squirrel traps would be checked 6 days a week. When the actual tech comes out he says he doesn't work weekends. This gave me pause...this experience is going to determine if I will invest in other services from your company.

They installed my dehu machine and never get back to me on scheduling for an inspection although already notified the staff.

Friendly,on time and knew the issue immediately A+ rating in my books.

The service was good but we have spotted a few roaches still alive after the 1st treatment and the technician stated if we did see some they would be dead because he shot them with a shot gun, but the ones we saw were still alive and well.

I signed a contract thinking that your wild Life department would get rid of the skunk on my premises after paying $1,100. However that has not happened and now you are removing the trap. Alvin Thomas.

I have been with Terminix for more than twenty years and quite satisfied with the service. When I have not been satisfied,I have always given a call and had a return visit at no cost.

Pretty good. Did think that the in ground monitoring tubes placed by National were going to be removed when Terminex placed theirs. Several of the National tubes remain.

Chris is amazing! Very thorough & gives you all the information that you need! 10 out of 10!

He has been servicing my home for many years and I have never, ever, been disappointed in the service he has provided to my home. Raymond is always on time, polite and is all about business when it comes to my pest control needs. His attention to detail and making sure I'm satisfied with the service he provides for my home truly set him apart. What can I truly say about the service I have received from Gary Wallace. He has been exceptional in making sure that my pest control concerns are taken care of. He is always courteous, explains everything in detail and is extremely patient in answering my repetitive questions. He is efficient and knowledgeable and I would recommend Terminix to my family, friends and neighbors.
Please extend my gratitude to Gary Wallace for his outstanding service.

Christian did a Fantastic job in Sealing off 3 places where a Squirrel could get in & he was very Courteous. I highly recommend Terminex 😃.

I have not received all of the paperwork so I need that mailed to my home.
