The service was abominable. I started at 3:?? or earlier p.m. to call in regard to an inspection notice left at my house on 6/19/2026. The notice stated that there was an issue with termites. I called to find out what the problem was after multiple people on the telephone excessively long waiting times with your horrible recording, repeating constantly and multiple personnel requesting the same information, I finally got some person at about 3:40 PM who told me I was scheduled at 4 PM today 6/24/2026 at my house. That I should meet somebody there between four and 4:30 PM. I asked that disappointment be confirmed after a long time on hold again it was I asked could I please have the telephone number of the person who I would meet in case they were late and I could make contact or to please give them my phone number. I was denied both. I got to the house shortly before 4 PM and about 4:40 finally called to find out what was going on. Again, if the multiple times on hold, I was told the person was late and would be coming again. I was given no time for arrival nor any contact. I stated I am 81 years old not well and it is 85° out. Because of an accident of my neighbor crashing into my house the house has been condemned. I had no air-conditioning. Could not sit in the house and could not continue to run the car because I needed gas at 5:15. I finally left after listening to your recorded message multiple times that said you are a local company – which I do not believe since I don't believe you have any presence in Williamsburg Virginia, and if we would dissatisfied with the service that you would totally refund what we paid I left a scathing message that I was thoroughly discussed that it was hot, I am old, and not well. There wasn't even the courtesy of a phone call to me giving me a new time of arrival let alone any apology from the appropriate people. I therefore, having been a loyal customer of eight years and thoroughly disgusted do not believe the lies and find your service abominable. I expect immediate attention from a supervisor and absolutely stunning proper service instead of the well over two hours that was a waste of my time because you have no courtesy or respect for your customers..
