The service is excellent, but the initial visit with the salesperson was not as excellent. When I had asked that I want a complete service where I don't have to worry about any insects or pests in or out I was told this is what I was signing up for. After a few months I found out there were several major services that were not in my contract or what I had asked for. Another words when I ask for the works, premium service, I was not given the correct quote.

The ant issue that we were having seems to be resolved. Drake stopped by before and couldn't get the issue fixed but how we have a ton of dead ants and haven't seen live ones in few days.

Set up services for the first time there’s some young lady via phone. Requested long service and bug service. The lady on the phone asked me if I wanted someone to come inside and spray due to sugar ants. I said yes and made the appointment for Friday when my wife would be home. The gentleman came to spray the outside and told my wife he wasn’t spraying the inside because it was not on the work order. Not a good way to start off an initial service. I will keep the service on for another month, but if things do not improve, I will be canceling my service and going with another Provider.

Only complaint is grass seems a little patchy. Like you can see where fertilizer was applied and where it was missed. As in light green/yellow streaks/spots verses nice green areas. Just not consistent through out the yard. I am just going with it was the first application and it be a more even green through out in the future. I hope.

Plus I didn't need to be there they knew exactly what to do and they always let you know ahead of time so you can keep up with everything that they do plus they will leave a flyer on the door explaining the service. Absolutely hate the uncompleted job you charged me $1000 to complete. They were supposed to replace a drip line. They never completed the job and what they did do was horrible. They did not finish the left side. They did not bury the drip line. If a drip line was there before ( left side) but now they can’t reinstall because of a French drain. Run the drip line in front of the French drain. All plants were cut back due to freeze. They had clean and clear access to the ground to properly run the new drip line. Now I have to fight to get my money back and/or get the job done correctly. Don't trust this company to do your irrigation repair or install. I will be canceling all future work with this company.

No!On December15,2025,I gave the driver a check for $75.00 dollars.I don't understand why it took so long to submit my check.The check just cleared on January 23. Meanwhile the company in Tampa,FL was harassing me just about everyday for my payment. Telephone calls and Emails causing my blood pressure to rise.
