The Home Paramount team really went above and beyond for us. We have had several pest control companies out to our house for a wasp issue and none have wanted to go on our roof and look in our chimney (where the nest was located). David, the project supervisor, completely understood how fearful the wasps in our house was making me and took the job seriously, ensuring that wasps wouldn't get in our house in between their first assessment and fixing the issue. He even reached out to me after the project was done to answer some questions I had about wasps broadly. It really showed that he cared. I'm so thankful!

I was not here when the person cme by to do our service. He did not even leave a note saying he had been at the house for treatment, just saw him on my Ring camera. My largest request at each visit is to knock down all the spider webs. After this visit I still have a significant number still hanging around the outside of the house. I am not sure what he accomplished during his visit therefore I do not feel comfortable rating this individual.

I was disappointed. Before the man left He said the other man was dusting the house so he left. The other men left before him. They did dot dust the house. I not shore what they did. They did not show where the boxes where.

Kevin, the tech that serviced the mobile home, was great! He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing with each procedure.
We need to work on communications a bit with the office. I was told the inspector would be here during the same window as the tech, but he came earlier in the day and I missed him. I will call to reschedule. I just hate that he thinks I was a no-show!! Sherry Bradley 07/24/24.

I called Home Paramount to exterminate stink bugs and spiders! Still seeing them. Nothing in explanations of what was sprayed to extinguish was mentioned for stink bugs! Nothing sprayed inside home.

Since we started I feel liked we have had only 3 good sprayings that I feel like it should be. I am kind of disappointed in some of our services we have had. I’ve have seen personal hit and miss sprayings on the inside. I was wondering if that was a normal routine spraying.
