Since we started I feel liked we have had only 3 good sprayings that I feel like it should be. I am kind of disappointed in some of our services we have had. I’ve have seen personal hit and miss sprayings on the inside. I was wondering if that was a normal routine spraying.

Home Paramount was unable to trap the squirrel in my basement and charged me for trying. The workmen are nice people but after 9 days of failing to solve the problem, they just packed up and left. I was in tears. And I still have the squirrel in the basement.

October 2023 was my first service, which was done by manager, David, who explained all other service tech's need to perform services the way he does the service. I was extremely impressed by the service that David performed and I have had three other service tech's come out and they performed as well as David. The inside of my home was sprayed as well as the outside. Granules were also broadcasted around the outside of my house and garage. All spider webs and wasp nests were wiped or knocked down. One wasp nest needed to be sprayed so David warned me to stay out of that particular area for the rest of the day. Every tech has been professional looking, polite and knowledgable on pest control. I also talked with Xavier about decreasing dampness in my crawlspace. Home paramount definitely deserved a 5 star rating from me.

Technician put out poison with a spreader all over our deck, including in the dog's water dish. We have 3 dogs and were very worried that they would ingest some of the poison. Nothing was ever communicated about this by the technician. We had to call to get information about the poison, if it was pet friendly or not.
