We had Art come out and he was very professional and courteous. He answered our questions and wore his booties inside the house which we appreciate as we just had new flooring installed. He also called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He did a very thorough job and checked up in the attic as well. We would not hesitate to have him come out for the next inspection or any service calls.
