I was very pleased with Dominic's pleasant demeanor and expertise. He allowed me to follow him during his spraying and to point out the "hot spots" of where I noticed more bug infestations. I'm giving a 4-Star rating because AAI showed up a day after the originally scheduled day that we agreed upon -- I didn't get notified until 15 minutes prior to the end of the 4-hour window on the original appointment day that AAI was not coming.
