On Wednesday 17th 2024 there was a mouse trapped in the rodent trap but when it was serviced the technician failed to remove it and it was there since the morning my sanitation crew had to removed it is this not part of the tech to remove any phishes that are trapped?

We are not very happy with our service. Whoever comes spends a consistent 10-12 minutes for $70.00
Very obvious cobwebs are almost always missed. just this last service date was at least 2 weeks late so things looked really bad. We also receive a different person each time so it seems our service isn't terribly important or its one of the least desired routes to service. We are considering terminating our service. |

At this point in my service, I'm a little unsure about my service. For example, my service was performed on Friday the 26th. That evening while sitting on our patio I saw a spider walking around and also another bug that I don't know what it was. Secondly, even though the snails were supposed to have been treated, I saw three more snails crawing around this morning. So, ???

We are not happy with the Tech that came out on Friday, he also has been here a few other times and it has been the same.
He was constantly on his phone, the bill said he changed glue boards but he never came in the office except to leave the bill and the glue boards have insects on them, in general he just seems lazy. |

I’ve been with AAI. for over 15 years. Not sure what changed. The customer service receptionist in the Tracy California office is very unprofessional with no follow up phone calls. I am currently canceling my account.

The first appointment I had with AAI was a no-show and I was very annoyed. I waited at home with my toddler for the 4 hour window, but then received a call 15 min after that window was over saying the technician never came into work that day and would need to reschedule.That was poor communication management for sure. With kids in school and drop -offs, it's very difficult to schedule a 4 -hour window to be waiting around and then to also be out of the house after the house is treated. I was pleased with the service we had 2 days later, though. The technician called and was on time.
