Traps were set for mice / rats but were not baited or placed effectively. They don’t replace sticky traps that are full of leaves, ants and cockroaches if there are no dead mice to dispose of. I see dead bugs (ants, spiders, cockroaches) the first day of service but no days after that. I don’t think having a pest service removes any more common household pests that I have done myself by purchasing product at Home Depot.
