I received good customer service from the company. They came out to check out my problem, explained my options and gave me the prices of each. I chose the best option which was really pricey and asked the Rep if I couldn’t get some type of discount. He said that they didn’t offer any type of discounts. I agreed to have the work done because it didn’t need to be put off for to long. The total job took about a day including the electrical work and I think that the job was really over priced. I asked for pictures of the work from underneath and only received a couple pictures of the Santa Fe dehumidifier from the electrician. I couldn’t see that the entire crawl space was actually moisture proof. I hope that this work will resolve the issues that I was having at my house.
