You sent someone out quickly. That's good. He told me someone from the safety team would call me to arrange to come out and put up a safety line. No one called or came. That's bad. Another tech came out a week later on short notice and I asked him to removed the trap that did not catch any squirrels, not good. Overall, too much emphasis on being OSHA compliant and not near enough on fixing the squirrel in my attic.
