My termite renewal and dehumidifier inspections were completed last Monday. I was told the dehumidifier needed to be replaced. Someone came out and said the drain was clogged. I am concerned about the service I received and paid for when I would think the person should be qualified to check out the dehumidifier at the time of inspection. Another person had to come out again and cleaned the drain using a dirty rag. I am not sure it is working properly. I would think a follow up visit would have been scheduled to ensure this fixed the issue.
Also, how can a termite and dehumidifier inspection all be done in less than 20 minutes?
Not happy with the quality of service for the expense.
