My termite renewal and dehumidifier inspections were completed last Monday. I was told the dehumidifier needed to be replaced. Someone came out and said the drain was clogged. I am concerned about the service I received and paid for when I would think the person should be qualified to check out the dehumidifier at the time of inspection. Another person had to come out again and cleaned the drain using a dirty rag. I am not sure it is working properly. I would think a follow up visit would have been scheduled to ensure this fixed the issue.
Also, how can a termite and dehumidifier inspection all be done in less than 20 minutes?
Not happy with the quality of service for the expense.

My neighbor who had severice from Neuse suggested and was very happy how much thorough service technician Alex was. Alex spent almost 1.5 hours in/around his home for first service. But the service technician named Josh was not so thorough. Moreover, we had to insist him doing inside (first floor and then second floor) and back porch even though this was first service.
Josh was nice person, good in communication and providing additional info/tip.

Yes, We were very pleased with the service. Travis did an excellent job spraying the exterior our house and setting mouse traps in the crawl space.
