The young man Richard Santiago that came out was very professional and nice. Explained what he thought the situation was and went on to put my mind at ease. I had a hard time reaching customer service this morning and when I did was put on hold for over 3 minutes. I hung up dialed back again and and was put on hold again but that long. Started calling at 9am. Customer service needs to improve.
