The service on Friday September 27th was horrible. I was under the impression the technicians would be here early because it would be a rather large job. Spoke to the sales person on the phone about 4/5 times trying to find out when they were going to show up, but they didn’t arrive until 12:30pm, they proceeded to put the insulation under the office without any issues, that I know of. Had to go rent a generator, to blow in the insulation in the attic, the guy with Auger (to drill holes to put in the termite control devices) was busy and didn’t show up. (Company only has one auger!), they had to rent an auger, it didn’t work! The two technicians didn’t leave until after 7 that evening.
Received a phone call the next morning, another guy showed up to drill the holes, with a different auger, and put the termite control spikes in the ground.
The whole operation was like keystone cops movie, if something could go wrong it did.
District manager called & apologized and gave me a credit for my next pest control service. That was a lame excuse to try to make things right, didn’t quite work.
For a company as large as Home Paramount, they missed the mark.
