You guys were doing ok at the beginning, but now it takes us over two weeks to get someone on schedule for additional treatments. I've tried calling them twice, and they do not answer so the best method is emailing and like I said I'm still waiting on treatments scheduled for 4 or so units. Missed a scheduled date because they were backed up, I guess, and no one notified us until I reached out to them.
