The company is up front about how they will target and control this situation. Since they've been here there is no new evidence of mole activity so process seems to be working. I trust them and treatment is customized to my situation vs a big franchise pest control plan that may or may not work for me. I get weekly progress reports and the initial month of treatment is targeted and very aggressive to get results quickly.
