We have had this service for years without any negative experiences. Something must have changed as we were not getting any service. After several calls with no response we cancelled. Unfortunately, we have a credit in the hundreds and after numerous phone conversations, trips to the office and broken promises we are still without our money being returned over three months later. So darn disappointed.
