Brad was very responsive to our need for assistance. He came to our home the afternoon before Thanksgiving to make an assessment and to arrange for services to begin the day following the holiday. John arrived as scheduled and acted quickly to set traps and bait stations. He also assessed possible points of entry and advised us on ways to mitigate the entry of rodents while we are completing an addition to our house. He was joined by Glenn on a subsequent visit during which they cleaned the attic and checked traps. Each of the three members of the team conducted himself in a professional manner, was courteous, and demonstrated concern for our situation. They were also flexible in scheduling their work in a way that facilitated related work by an HVAC technician. Our experience was uniformly positive and our interactions with each employee helped create a favorable impression of Terminix as a service provider.
