We had a scheduled appointment on Friday July 5th that we had to reschedule. I called immediately and the woman on the phone was happy to assist. She got me rescheduled for Thursday July 11. We waited here all day Thursday and nobody showed. We waited here Friday as well and still no show no call no communication. I called Monday morning and left a detailed message. Still no communication. I called Tuesday and the voice on the phone (India call center?) said that I was not scheduled for Thursday the 11th from 2 - 4 but Friday the 19th from 4 - 6. If this is how things are going to be I will find another company and notify all of our neighbors as well. This is not how a company should operate. Waiting to see if they show up this time. I sure hope management reads this review because they need to get this communication issue fixed.
