Gary Huff is our pest guy and he is terrific. He is always friendly, goes right to work and gets his job done and lets us know he has completed his task and takes off We are very happy with him. He is very personable and always remembers our names. He is great to work with and seems to do an oustanding job.

James is always great to work with when deciding what services we need at various locations, and Gary gives excellent customer service. Thank you!

The Technician that services our office is the nicest gentleman. Byron is very professional, friendly, attentive and he listens to our concerns when he is here. If the staff is on call he patiently waits before entering that office to service. Thank You so Much BYRON for your professionalism, and just being an overall great guy. I have lawn , yard ornamentals(bushes & trees etc) and exterior of house and la nai pest control from Truly Nolen. If necessary interior as well. They are listening and appropriately addressing my needs. Employees are respectful of property and send a report immediately after finishing their service.

We had a scheduled appointment on Friday July 5th that we had to reschedule. I called immediately and the woman on the phone was happy to assist. She got me rescheduled for Thursday July 11. We waited here all day Thursday and nobody showed. We waited here Friday as well and still no show no call no communication. I called Monday morning and left a detailed message. Still no communication. I called Tuesday and the voice on the phone (India call center?) said that I was not scheduled for Thursday the 11th from 2 - 4 but Friday the 19th from 4 - 6. If this is how things are going to be I will find another company and notify all of our neighbors as well. This is not how a company should operate. Waiting to see if they show up this time. I sure hope management reads this review because they need to get this communication issue fixed.

Cody is thorough. He is attentive. Cody is knowledgeable and seem to get along well with everyone when he is treating my church. He always asks if I have questions before he leaves.

Clint was efficient, and very professional. He answered all my questions and addressed all the concerns I had about service and scheduling. Our auditors assess pest-control service, so this is very important to us.

Cody is a wonderful person and very good at his job. He is courteous, professional and thorough. We have not had any issues with pests since he's been our serviceman. Very helpful and would highly recommend him to anyone needing service.

Curt was fantastic when he walked the office and warehouse with me and gave the initial estimated cost. The gentlemen (Cory?) I believe was the team member who arrived to begin the pest control work and spent a good bit of time walking the property with me to establish traps in the areas where activity was spotted. Since Truly Nolen began their work, we have noticed an increase in trapped/eliminated rodents. We are relieved to see your efforts working and look forward to having regular control moving forward once we complete the two weeks of increased frequency trapping.
