Invoices have been incorrect. Only way to rectify was to call(even though I emailed) and the representative had to place me on hold multiple times to get confirmation on items. Big waste of time and inefficient processes.

I am sorry you were having problems with your invoices. In reading the notes on your account it appears that the funds were allocated to the incorrect invoices. It appears what added to the confusion was two returned checks.
