Not at all, I have to call more then one time to get some one to come out then they don't show, I ask for at least 2 boxes of sticker traps and when they do come out,they bring about 8 traps. And I have been buying traps on Amazon about every other month, I tell then and they don't do anything about it, I have called a few times to tell them to cancel my service, they talk me into staying,I am done, no one can Communicate with everyone.
