I do not have confirmation service was provided. Nobody contacted me to schedule service and I do not know what was done. I have had zero contact since the first visit in September and since treatment was for fleas, I was told there would be another treatment in October, which I do not believe happened. I had also requested to be contacted in advance of all service appointments and this has not happened once. Based on how this has been handled to-date, I am strongly considering canceling.
