Pavel was great to work with. He was patient and gave us time to try to get rid of our pests on our own with no “sales pressure”! Then he was there for us when we admitted defeat. Advanced Integrated Pest Management was great! Gary was very easy to work with and very practical. We used his company to inspect our bed bug issue. He recommended that we used a dog and later recommended that we do an entire home fumigation versus room by room treatment. He is honest, straightforward, provides great customer service, and is really committed to ensuring he provides the best advice understanding the client's needs. Would highly recommend him if you're in need of working with a fumigation company.

I'm thoroughly happy with my association with Advanced IPM from the inspection/consultation down by Greg Tavis to the treatment done by Pavel, who was a delight. I had so many questions for Pavel that was concerned that I might be an annoyance. That was an issue. He enjoyed fielding my questions, and his answers were intelligent and thorough. It's clear that he and Greg enjoy what they and have respect for and embrace the values of their company.

I am one of those people who suffer from a phobia of mice and rats. It is difficult to take care of problems of this kind when it occurs on ones property, as in minimizes how much I can personally do about the problem. I called AIP just on a hunch, I had no referral. I simply got lucky..The first agent that came to see me could not have been nicer. He helped me feel that they were going to take care of the problem in my garage, and that I did not have to worry. He sat with me and explained the entire process. Next, the technician came, a few days later. A similar experience, he was very efficient and made sure I understood exactly what he was going to do. He kept me informed about what he found after each visit. Couldn't ask for more ...good solid company. Lynne E.

I had been having a worsening ant problem for years. I finally couldn't take it anymore and called AIPM. The ant problem was quickly taken care of, and now I have AIPM come every other month, which has been great. Whenever I get a new ant situation, I can call and Adam will come out right away. I am very happy with the service. Thanks AIPM!
