I’ve been very impressed with Rian, maintaining standards, there’s a few things under the house I would have done differently, but what sticks out the most is the determination for payment BEFORE the job is even done as contracted, certainly wouldn’t have ran dehumidifier water under my deck, I have enough moisture issues, lmk if we finish the job.
