I was supposed to be on auto pay upon signing up. After a few months, I started getting massive bills which were adding up. They did work with me for payments. The guy that comes to the house changes every month. They also call same day, “can I come out today”. I like a day or two notice. Last month I told him to come 2 days later because that afternoon didn’t work for me. That was a few weeks ago and he still hasn’t serviced.
